A Livingston County roofer has accepted a $1.1 million settlement for injuries he suffered in a fall from a roof in Henrietta in April 2001.
Timothy Whitbeck was working for Steelco Roofing Co., re-roofing Bally Total Fitness Center when a 3,500 pound bundle of steel roof panels let loose from a crane and struck him in the back, knocking him off the roof.
