Sales of existing single family homes showed a seasonal slow down in the month of January, according to the Genesee Region Real Estate Information Service, the information subsidiary of the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors.
A total of 1,460 homes were listed for sale last month, down 11.1 percent from one year ago when 1,642 homes were listed for sale. In addition, 738 transactions closed in January, down 33.2 percent from December when 1,104 transactions closed.See the full content of this document
