No reasonable jury would believe the sexual harassment claims a Monroe County woman made against the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has ruled.

The court Tuesday dismissed the claims of Sandra Rojas, a former diocese employee, that she was sexually harassed by a Brockport priest. Rojas had claimed the Rev. Peter Enyan-Boadu kissed her on the lips, touched her breast, made inappropriate sexual comments and tried to force her to touch his penis on various dates in July and October 2006.
