Summary


Rush Limbaugh is absolutely right in his take on manmade global warming -- he has essentially stated that it is a failing theory, based largely on bad science.

But his take on the impact of Hurricane Irene misses the mark (commentary from his national radio talk show of Aug. 29, "Irene: A National Embarrassment"). And his use of the Internet to apparently come to his opinions on the storm is instructive on the hazards of relying on interpretations made from meteorological data mined from the Web.
