The use of eminent domain to build a 22-acre stadium project in central Brooklyn was approved by the Court of Appeals in a split decision issued Nov. 24. In the Matter of Goldstein v. New York State Urban Development Corporation, d/b/a Empire State Development Corp., No. 178.
